The LX Type Overhead Crane is a light-duty underslung single girder lifting solution designed for workshops, warehouses, and industrial facilities where floor space is limited and no support columns are available. The main beam is suspended from the existing roof structure or overhead I-beam runways, eliminating the need for ground-level support columns and keeping the floor area completely clear for forklifts, production lines, and personnel movement.

FEATURES

Suspended Underslung Operation — The crane runs on the lower flange of overhead I-beam runways suspended from the building roof structure, eliminating the need for floor-level support columns and keeping the entire floor area clear for forklifts, production lines, and personnel movement.

Modular and Compact Structure — Built around a single box-section main beam with modular end carriages and bolt-on connections, the design enables fast installation, simplified maintenance, and component replacement without dismantling the entire crane.

Smooth and Precise Lifting Control — Equipped with a dual-speed or variable-speed electric wire rope hoist (CD1/MD1 type), with lifting speeds from 0.8 m/min (slow) to 8 m/min (fast) for both precise positioning and efficient vertical movement.

Dual-Mode Operation System — Supports wired pendant (ground handle) control and wireless remote control operation, allowing operators to maintain a safe viewing distance from the load while controlling all crane motions.

Comprehensive Safety Protection — Standard safety systems include overload protection, upper and lower limit switches, emergency stop, phase sequence protection, and travel limit switches on both crane and cross-travel motions.
