Single girder suspension overhead crane

The LX model electric single girder suspension overhead crane is a light-duty lifting solution designed for factories, warehouses, and stock yards where the distance from the rail surface to the lower edge of the roof truss is limited. The crane is suspended directly from the existing roof I-beam structure — requiring no floor-standing support columns — keeping the entire floor area clear for forklifts, production lines, and personnel movement. The crane consists of a single main girder fabricated from welded steel plate and I-beam sections, connected to end carriages that run on the bottom flange of the overhead runway beams. An electric wire rope hoist travels along the lower flange of the main girder, with an optional cantilever of 0.5 to 1 metre at either end.The modular bolt-together design simplifies installation and routine maintenance, while the compact, lightweight structure minimises the load on the supporting roof framework. The crane is available in six standard models covering capacities from 0.5 to 10 tonnes, with spans from 3 to 16 metres and lifting heights from 6 to 18 metres. Work duty is rated from A3 to A5, suitable for light to moderate service cycles in ambient temperatures from -25°C to +40°C.
