The Single Girder Rubber Tyre Crane, also known as Single Girder RTG or Single Girder Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane, is a light-duty mobile gantry lifting solution equipped with rubber tires for free movement without fixed ground rails. Featuring a single box girder structure, it offers a simpler design, lighter self-weight, easier manufacturing and installation, and lower equipment and maintenance costs compared to double girder models. When lifting capacity Q≤50t and span S≤35m, the single girder configuration is the most economical and efficient choice. The entire crane is PLC-controlled, with remote or cabin operation, powered by a hydraulic system driven by a diesel engine or electric motor.
