The Marine Hatch Cover Gantry Crane is a heavy-duty lifting solution specifically engineered for hoisting, traversing, and stacking ship hatch covers. Mounted on the vessel deck and traveling longitudinally along rails installed on both sides of the hull, the crane covers the entire deck area, efficiently handling hatch cover opening, closing, and repositioning operations while also supporting deck cargo handling tasks. Featuring a gantry frame structure with twin winch systems installed at both ends of the main beam, the four hooks operate synchronously to ensure smooth and stable lifting of hatch covers.
